Go-Ahead North America is a partnership between the Cook-Illinois Corporation and UK transport operator Go-Ahead Group.

Go-Ahead North America aims to provide high quality school bus services to local communities and School Districts. We are national in name, but local in our approach to delivery. We understand that our customers take safety, reliability and affordability as a given: what makes us different is our passionate belief that the best school services are a partnership between the operator, the School District and the Community.

We empower our local mangers to deliver services to School Districts in the way they best see fit.This local focus and understanding of culture means that we are able to respond quickly to customers´ needs and provide a high quality service, delivered through our continuous investment in staff and equipment and also close analysis of performance using transit style key performance indicators. Results are shared with customers to assist the development of effective solutions for children using our services.
